Terms and Conditions

The "Open Data Platform" aims to activate community participation in the development of legislation and decision-making at the government level, improving the quality of public services, decisions, and government trends to align with the needs of beneficiaries, as well as enhancing transparency and increasing trust in government performance.



Terms of Use:



The following terms apply to all users of the "Open Data Platform," whether registered or unregistered:




  • Comply with and not violate any laws, regulations, or procedures in force in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

  • Use the platform for the purpose of participating in public consultations and not for committing crimes or encouraging others to engage in any act that may result in civil or criminal liability.

  • Do not publish any illegal content that includes discrimination, defamation, abuse, or slander against any individual or entity.

  • Do not use the platform to impersonate other persons or entities.

  • Do not use the platform to upload programs containing viruses, spyware, or any computer codes or files or programs that may alter, damage, or interfere with the operation of the platform.

  • Do not claim to be associated with or represent any government entity, company, organization, or association without prior authorization from that entity.

  • Do not publish any advertising materials or any form of promotion on the platform.

  • Do not publish any material that conflicts with the intellectual property rights of others.

  • Do not publish personal data of individuals.

  • Do not misuse the platform and take full responsibility for any misuse.

  • Do not access the platform using another registered user's username, as some features of the platform are only available to registered members.



Jurisdiction:



Any dispute arising from the use of the "Open Data Platform" is subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.



Disclaimer:



The use of the platform is at the user's own risk, and the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship does not bear any responsibility for direct or indirect damages that may arise from using the platform or the inability to use it. In all cases, those authorized to manage the platform reserve the right to remove any content that violates the terms and conditions without referring to the user or obtaining their consent.



The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship has the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and these modifications will be effective as soon as they are published. Using the platform after the modifications implies the users' acceptance of the changes, with an emphasis on the need to periodically review these terms and conditions and their amendments.
